Fetch the top protocols ranked by Total Value Locked (TVL), optionally filtered
by category (e.g. Lending, Dexs, Liquid Staking), by chain (e.g.
Ethereum, Solana), or by name/slug for specific protocols.
Each item includes: TVL rank, protocol name & slug, token symbol, category, the chains it is deployed on, total TVL in USD, a per-chain TVL breakdown, TVL change over 1h / 24h / 7d, token market cap, TVL-to-mcap ratio, description, website, Twitter handle, logo, listing date, audit count/links, oracles used and the protocol it was forked from.
