Scrapes individual Zillow /homedetails/ listing pages for the full address, listing price, Zestimate and rent Zestimate (when present), beds, baths, living area, lot size, year built, home type and status, days on Zillow, price history, tax-assessment hints, geo coordinates, description and photo URLs.
Parsing prefers Zillow's __NEXT_DATA__ hydration JSON (the
gdpClientCache property payload — the same data the page renders), then
falls back to JSON-LD and regex extraction from the raw hydration blob. Zillow
blocks bots, so this uses the premium Web Unlocker tier.
